Hi, my name is Tavares Allen Garrett. I've been sober for 9 years and still take it one day at a time. I am a NASM certified nutrition coach. Specializing in preventative medicine coaching clients on behavior change, nutrition adherence, becoming more active and how to follow healthy eating guidelines so that health risks can be reduced.
