Hello, my name is Katy and I am a registered dietitian based in San Francisco, CA. I work with clients on breaking eating disorder and disordered eating patterns. I help clients with finding eating patterns that work best for them and can debunk nutrition myths as we go. I understand it can be very difficult to navigate diet culture so I provide support and resources to make clients feel less alone. I work with increasing body connection to improve body image, health and overall wellbeing.
