About me

I've been practicing in the field of Eastern Medicine since the late nineties. I trained in Europe, United States, and Asia both in the private and hospital settings. I hold a Doctorate as well as a Master Degree in East Asian Medicine and am a Board Certified Herbalist. I currently see patients in New York City and Miami and operate an herbal pharmacy, Apoteka.

My Philosophy

At five years old I wanted to travel to China and become a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor. At nineteen I met an acupuncturist for the first time. She became my medical provider and helped me with a condition no other Western doctor was able to resolve. In my late twenties I decided to enroll in the first Traditional Chinese Medicine Master Program in Milan, Italy. After graduating I moved to Miami, Florida. For ten years I followed a Traditional Chinese Medicine doctor originally from Vietnam. One day he told me: ""It's time for you to take the US license."" I am now a Doctor in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine (DACM), Board Certified Herbalist and Licensed Acupuncturist (NCCAOM) practicing in New York City and Miami.

I regularly travel to China and Taiwan to intern in Chinese Medicine hospitals. It is fundamental for me to continue learning and deepening my skills. Mastering medicine is a process that never ends.

During this time, I also completed Bachelor and Master degrees in Philosophy in Italy, as well as a Master degree in Italian Studies at Columbia University, New York City. If one looks at knowledge as a whole, one discovers that all fields are related to each other. Keep your eyes open to new horizons. Never stop educating yourself.
